Jungle Bodywork Experience
Connect with your inner peace and cultivate a deep sense of wellbeing with a 60 or 90 minute outdoor jungle bodywork experience in Fairy Hill. You’ll be just far enough off the main road to nestle you in the vibration of the jungle while still within easy access to local taxis. Each session is uniquely designed and may include: Reiki energy healing, therapeutic massage, Craniosacral Therapy, breathwork, aromatherapy, sound healing, or crystals.

Jungle 1:1 Energy Healing Yoga Experience
Are you looking to connect with or create your yoga practice while you’re here in Portland, Jamaica? Would you like to learn some tools that you can use right away to work with your own energy? Join me for a 1:1 session in my quaint jungle ya’ad setting where you will move, breathe, meditate, and learn to work with your unique energies so you can live a balanced life simply and with ease. Therapeutic Massage
Book a therapeutic massage session to reduce tension in the body, reduce stress, alleviate pain, and/or address specific soft tissue concerns. Each session is uniquely created to meet the needs and desires of the client. I use a combination of trigger point therapy, myofascial release, Swedish massage, passive and active stretching, and intuition to promote healing in the body.
60 minute therapeutic massage: $80 USD or $13,000 JMD
90 minute therapeutic massage: $95 USD or $15,000 JMD
Energy Healing session
Book an energy healing session if you are feeling stressed, overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, disconnected, or just overall out of balance. I use a combination of Reiki, Craniosacral Therapy, aromatherapy, sound healing, breathwork, movement, gentle massage, tapping, and intuition to guide the bodies (physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual) into balance. This session clears and cultivates energy to promote your wellbeing.
60 minute therapeutic massage: $80 USD or $13,000 JMD

Full Body Massage & Energy Healing
Get the best of both worlds by combining therapeutic massage and energy healing into one session. Each session uniquely created to meet the needs and desires of the client.

Private Yoga Session
This session is perfect for beginners-intermediate levels. Each session is uniquely created to meet the needs and desires of the client. I specialize in a gentle approach to the 8 limbs of yoga based in Hatha and Yin yoga.
60 minute private yoga session for 1-2 people, mats included: $65 USD or $10,000 JMD

VIRTUAL SERVICES
Full Moon Group Distance Reiki Session
Connect with and honor the cycles of the moon by joining my full moon group distance Reiki session. You can submit your own name and/or names of others to be included in the sacred altar. This is not a live session. At the beginning of the session, I announce on social media that I am beginning the session. During the session, you are invited to create your own sacred space and meditate while receiving Reiki energy. The session usually lasts about 45-60 minutes. At the end of the session, you will receive photos of the name card(s) you submitted and the altar.
$5 USD or $800 JMD for each name submitted
Usui Ryoho Reiki First Degree Certification (Live on Zoom)
Training conducted 1:1 live on Zoom and delivered in 2 sessions with two weeks in between the sessions for practice. Learn this Japanese form of energy healing to cultivate peace and harmony in your life through deep energetic self-healing. Certification awarded at the end of the second training session.

30 Minute Guided Meditation and Breathwork Private Session (Live on Zoom)
If you’re feeling stressed, overwhelmed, out of balance, or disconnected I invite you to join me for a private, 1:1 guided meditation and breathwork session. Schedule the session at a time that works for you. I will hold space for us to connect and share tools that you can use right away at an accessible price point.
$25 USD or $4,000 JMD
Private Distance Reiki Session
A comprehensive 1:1 session designed to support you on all levels: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. Prior to the session we will connect via phone, video, email, or text (your choice) for an intake to guide the session. You can choose to remain live on Zoom with me while I channel Reiki or you can choose to simply be in your own space while I channel Reiki energy to you (we can talk more about this during the intake if you need help in deciding what works best for you). Within a few hours after the session, you will receive a detailed written follow-up. The session includes a 15 minute follow-up phone call 2-3 days after the session to discuss the written follow-up or anything else you’d like to connect on.
